At Pushti Organic, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products
Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Products must be in new condition for return eligibility
Original invoice or order confirmation must be provided
Return Method
Returns are accepted in-store at our location. To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 79840 23578 or email us at info@pushtiorganic.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges at this time. However, you can return the product for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned product at our store location, we will inspect it and process your refund within 15 days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. There are no restocking fees for returns.
Important Note
All products must be returned in new condition. Please inspect the product upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
